Yoga Dance is where Joy and Fun Meet Deep & Sacred
It is a joyful celebration of body, mind and spirit. It’s an energy centers (chakras) based movement practice that everybody (EVERY BODY) can do because it’s offered in a safe, caring, and compassionate environment. No yoga or dance experience necessary.
Yoga Dance class will be facilitated by Inna Shapiro https://www.livefullestlife.me/. Inna is certified Let Your Yoga Dance® and Journey Dance Teacher. She is also certified Life Coach and spiritual guide.

Yoga Dance experience consists of gentle yoga/stretches (no twisting into pretzel shapes), user-friendly dance (light guidance and free style) and relaxation/meditation accompanied by beautiful music from around the world.
It is a practice of re-discovering more of yourself and your natural intuitive flow. It will activate creativity, imagination and create a barefoot celebration of human life. It helps to feel connected, grounded, energized and vital. It encourages self-trust, self-approval, and divine knowledge within every dancer.
It is a practice that will leave you with a blissful body, joyous heart and a steady quiet mind.

4 Sessions, each session is one hour filled with joy, dance and playful connection. I will also send information about chakras for each class.

When: October 9 – Introduction and chakra 1
October 16 – Chakra 2 and 3
October 23 – Chakra 4 and 5
October 30 – Chakra 6 and 7
November 6th – Integration, celebration and make up class (bonus)
Time: doors open at 5:00, class 5:15 – 6:30 pm

Bonus: If you pay for 4 classes and miss some, it will be make-up day on November 6th 3 - 4:15 pm. You will get a recording and the playlist.

Please bring water bottle and wear comfortable clothes for stretch and movement
